Inspection & testing
Inspection is specific to the rig or compressor being sold. We separate observed condition from documents, seller statements and independent testing.
Confirm the stock ID, model, available serial records, stated year, working hours and disclosed service history. Missing records are marked as unavailable, not assumed.
Inspect frame, mast, feed mechanism, tracks or chassis, rotation head, rod handling areas and visible wear points.
Observe hoses, cylinders, pumps, valves, connections, leaks and working response under the agreed test conditions.
For portable compressors, inspect the engine, air end, separator system, cooling system, controls and safety devices relevant to the unit.
Record operating observations appropriate to the machine. A workshop run test is not represented as a certified performance test unless separately commissioned.
Arrange a live call or recorded evidence around a buyer-approved checklist, subject to equipment and workshop availability.
A buyer representative or nominated third party may inspect by arrangement. Their report remains independent of our internal condition notes.
Observed condition, known repairs, included accessories and unresolved points are recorded before commercial confirmation.
